They may just be vague ‘lines in the sand’ about what you will do (and not do) or you might have specific rules that you follow (i.e. ‘I never post pictures of my children on Facebook’, or ‘I would never complain about my clients or my suppliers in a tweet.’).
Whether your social media activity is professional or personal, it is important to think carefully about your social media policy.
