Erik Qualman’s book Socialnomics compares this to ”when a hotel or airline asks you to fill out a suggestion card… usually with the hook of potentially winning a sweepstakes or free meal.” You could use this strategy at a trade show or job fair, announce it on your website, or print it on your invoices or receipts. It might be an incentive that is given to every participant or a reward that is given to the winner(s) of a giveaway.

Add your website, your Facebook page, your blog, or your twitter profile (or any combination that works for you) to your promotional products to increase awareness and encourage customer engagement. Invite your customers to interact with you online.
